Mapped out the full revenue cycle process for California Children’s Services, identifying $10-22M in annual preventable denials and developing recommendations for system/process changes to eliminate them.

M&A Technology Standardization: Successfully turned around a technology standardization project during the COVID-19 pandemic, including computer and telephony replacement in long-term acute hospital patient rooms, network wiring replacement, and prerequisites for Epic migration. Navigated dependencies with multiple concurrent strategic technology projects, resulting in a model implementation for future mergers and acquisitions.
