With over 20 years of professional work experience in technology project management, Ms. Ratner led projects in health plan operational process improvements and automation, healthcare system selections and implementations, infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity, mergers and acquisitions, and data warehousing and business intelligence system deployments.
02. Project Turnaround Expert
Ms. Ratner’s most recent project accomplishments include turnaround of a secure DoD-compliant infrastructure enclave implementation project which was delayed by over a year with 5 target go-live dates missed. With Ms. Ratner’s leadership, the project was successfully completed within 4.5 months, avoiding loss of a long-term $170M/year DoD contract by the client organization.
